About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Follow-up Management: Handle post-call follow-up tasks, including sending personalized emails, scheduling subsequent meetings, and managing a follow-up cadence for new and existing leads.
2. Presentation and Proposal Creation: Assist in creating and customizing sales presentations and proposals. This involves gathering relevant data, updating slide decks, and ensuring materials are professional and client-specific.
3. Solution Setup and Technical Support: Work with the technical team to understand and document client tech stacks. This role will involve coordinating with both internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth setup process and providing basic support.
4. Sales Process Support: Help maintain the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system by accurately logging call notes, updating contact information, and tracking deal progress.
5. Market Research: Conduct targeted research on prospects to identify key decision-makers and understand their business needs and challenges.
6. Administrative Support: Manage scheduling for meetings, demos, and follow-ups to ensure the sales team's calendar is optimized.
