About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Optimize and update the company’s Google Business Profile (info, photos, posts, FAQs).
2. Monitor and track customer reviews and ratings across platforms.
3. Draft professional responses to reviews (positive & negative).
4. Conduct competitor analysis for GMB and online reputation.
5. Collect and organize genuine customer feedback for marketing use.
6. Support local SEO and reputation management strategies with the marketing team.
7. Maintain records of updates, reviews, and engagement.
