About the Internship
Both fresher and 1-year-experienced candidates can apply. The candidates from both the instrumentation and electrical fields can apply.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Customer support:
A. Greet and assist customers (in person, phone, or email).
B. Record service requests, complaints, and feedback.
2. Documentation & reporting:
A. Maintain service logs, job cards, and checklists.
B. Update customer service records in ERP/CRM/software.
3. Coordination:
A. Assist service engineers with tools, spares, and materials.
B. Ensure timely dispatch and tracking of service-related items.
4. Administrative tasks:
A. Prepare quotations, invoices, and service-related documents.
B. Maintain files, service agreements, and calibration certificates.
5. Follow-up & feedback:
A. Confirm job completion with customers.
B. Collect customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues.
C. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
