About the Internship
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Shopify intern to support our e-commerce operations and product experience. Shopify is our storefront - and you’ll be helping manage what our customers see, feel, and experience when they shop with us.You’ll work directly with the growth and tech teams to optimize our website, keep it updated, and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Updating product listings, banners, offers, and pages on Shopify.
2. Maintaining and updating inventory visibility, collections, navigation, etc.
3. Supporting the launch of new products, bundles, and campaigns on-site.
4. Coordinating with design and content teams to ensure accurate and timely content uploads.
5. Monitoring website performance and flagging any bugs, UI issues, or checkout glitches.
6. Assisting with Shopify app integrations and updates (e.g., reviews, bundles, upsell tools).
7. Ensuring mobile responsiveness and a smooth user experience across devices.
