About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar (posts, reels, carousels, and stories).
2. Align content with brand goals, campaigns, launches, and seasonal themes.
3. Coordinate with designers/illustrators for graphics (or create designs using Canva
4. Write engaging, brand-aligned captions and calls to action.
5. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all posts.
Publishing & Engagement
1. Schedule and post content consistently using Instagram’s native tools or scheduling apps.
2. Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers to build relationships.
3. Monitor and interact with relevant accounts, hashtags, and communities to increase visibility.
Research & Trend
1. Research and recommend trending content ideas, formats, and hashtags.
2. Stay updated with social media best practices and competitor activities.
3. Suggest creative ways to adapt trends to suit Dear Zindagi’s brand voice.
Analytics & Reporting (Basic)
1. Track engagement, reach, and follower growth.
2. Share weekly insights on what’s working and suggest improvements.
