About the Internship
A. Social Media Management1. Handle daily operations of all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
2. Create and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar.
3. Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
4. Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors, and emerging platforms to keep content relevant and up-to-date.
5. Grow followers, boost engagement, and improve overall social media performance organically and through paid campaigns.
B. Content & Creative Designing
1. Collaborate with the design team or independently create graphics, reels, stories, banners, and other creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software.
2. Write compelling captions, post copy, and call-to-actions that align with brand voice and objectives.
3. Assist in conceptualizing campaigns, festive posts, product launches, and promotional content.
C. Reporting & Analytics
1. Track and report performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and growth across platforms.
2. Generate monthly performance reports and offer actionable insights.
3. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and recommend strategy adjustments accordingly.
D. Office & Coordination Work
1. Assist in coordinating with vendors, influencers, photographers, or other external partners when required.
2. Maintain documentation of creatives, posts, content calendars, and approvals.
3. Support the marketing or admin team with basic office work including data entry, inventory updates, and file management.
4. Participate in internal meetings and contribute to team brainstorming sessions.
