About the Internship
We’re seeking a trend-obsessed creator to amplify Traya’s presence on Instagram and YouTube. This is not a “just post content” role - you’ll be researching emerging formats, experimenting with AI tools, and helping shape high-impact campaigns that spark conversations and drive distribution.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Trend Hunting: Track emerging formats, hooks, and cultural moments across YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, Snapchat, and other rising platforms. Spot patterns and posts before they peak and translate them into actionable content ideas.
2. AI-Driven Creation: Use next-gen tools like HeyGen, Veo3, Kling, Mid-Journey, and any new platform you discover to produce high-impact videos, reels, shorts, and static creatives.
3. Content Production: Script short videos, generate visuals, edit clips, and package assets for maximum shareability.
4. Distribution & Growth: Experiment with posting schedules, thumbnail variations, captions, hashtags, and cross-posting tactics to increase reach and engagement.
5. Data Tracking: Monitor performance metrics (views, retention, click-throughs, comments) and share weekly insights to refine the strategy.
