About the Internship
The Social Media & Lead Generation Intern will be responsible for managing our social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn), creating and posting content, engaging with our target audience, and generating leads by building meaningful connections. This role is a mix of digital marketing, outreach, and business development.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage and regularly post on company social media handles (LinkedIn primarily).
2. Research, connect, and engage with HR professionals, CFOs, and decision-makers in target industries.
3. Send personalized connection requests and nurture relationships through messaging.
4. Pitch our wellness services to potential leads under guidance.
5. Track and document outreach, responses, and conversions.
6. Stay updated on industry trends to design engaging posts that resonate with HR and finance leaders.
7. Support in running campaigns, polls, and thought-leadership content to enhance brand visibility.
