About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. YouTube Channel Growth & Optimization
2. Implement A/B testing for thumbnails, titles, and content formats to maximize reach and retention.
3. Develop and maintain a consistent publishing schedule and content calendar.
4. Analyze performance metrics (CTR, retention, watch time, etc.) and implement data-backed improvements.
5. Monitor YouTube algorithm changes and trends to stay ahead of the curve.
6. Suggest and implement content formats (Shorts, long-form, playlists) to boost channel performance.
7. Manage community interactions – comments, polls, and audience feedback.
8. Plan and post content aligned with YouTube videos to drive traffic and build brand presence.
9. Coordinate with creative/content teams to repurpose YouTube videos into shorts/reels.
10. Track performance and generate monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
1. Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, monetization, and content best practices.
2. Proficient with YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
3. Strong communication and copywriting skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. A passion for content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement.
