About the Internship
### **Social Media Intern – Job Duties & Responsibilities**#### **1. Content Creation & Scheduling**
- Assist in creating engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, stories) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Write captions, hashtags, and short-form copy aligned with brand voice.
- Schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Later.
- Help maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
#### **2. Community Engagement**
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; respond or escalate as needed.
- Engage with followers (likes, replies, shares) to build relationships.
- Assist in organizing giveaways, polls, Q&As, or user-generated content (UGC) campaigns.
#### **3. Analytics & Reporting**
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) weekly/monthly.
- Compile simple reports highlighting trends or improvement opportunities.
#### **4. Trend & Research Support**
- Identify trending topics, hashtags, or viral content opportunities.
- Research competitors’ social strategies and suggest creative ideas.
#### **5. Administrative Support**
- Assist with influencer outreach or collaboration coordination.
- Organize digital assets (photos, videos, templates) in shared drives.
- Attend team brainstorms and contribute creative ideas.
