About the Internship
Responsibilities:Collaborate with the team to develop and execute social media campaigns across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Create compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with CosmicStays' brand and voice
Monitor social media channels for customer comments and questions, and respond in a timely and professional manner
Engage with our audience by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated content
Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns and content
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and incorporate them into CosmicStays' social media strategy
Assist with other marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Passion for travel and hospitality industry
