About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Influencer Research & Outreach
1. Identify potential influencers across Instagram, YouTube, etc., who align with the brand’s audience and values.
2. Compile and maintain influencer databases with contact info, engagement metrics, and audience demographics.
3. Draft and send outreach emails or direct messages to potential partners.
B. Campaign Coordination
1. Assist in planning influencer campaigns: briefs, timelines, and content guidelines.
2. Track deliverables (posts, stories, videos) and ensure influencers meet deadlines.
3. Coordinate product seeding (sending products to influencers).
C. Relationship Management
1. Support day-to-day communication with influencers and their managers.
2. Help nurture long-term partnerships through timely responses and follow-ups.
D. Content & Social Support
1. Review influencer content for brand compliance and provide feedback.
2. Assist with creating campaign reports—collecting analytics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions.
3. Brainstorm creative ideas for influencer activations or collaborations.
E. Data & Reporting
1. Monitor performance using analytics tools.
2. Prepare weekly/monthly reports summarizing campaign results and ROI.
F. Administrative & Learning
1. Maintain budgets, invoices, and agreements for campaigns.
2. Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity.
