About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Content creation & curation - Develop engaging posts, graphics, and captions for multiple platforms while maintaining brand voice consistency and managing content calendars
2. Community management - Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and direct messages promptly, and engage with followers using appropriate brand tone
3. Analytics & reporting - Track engagement rates, follower growth, and post performance metrics using analytics tools to compile weekly/monthly performance reports
4. Trend research & monitoring - Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, platform changes, and competitor strategies to identify engagement opportunities
5. Content scheduling - Use social media management tools to schedule posts at optimal times across different platforms for consistent brand presence
6. Campaign support - Assist with social media campaign planning, execution, and coordination with other departments for content approval
7. Hashtag research - Identify relevant and trending hashtags to increase post visibility and reach target audiences effectively
8. Influencer outreach - Help identify potential brand partners and maintain communication with existing influencers or brand ambassadors
9. Administrative tasks - Organize digital assets, update social media guidelines, maintain contact databases, and support general marketing operations
10. Crisis monitoring - Watch for potential PR issues or negative feedback that requires immediate attention or escalation to senior team members
11. Platform management - Maintain consistency across all social media profiles, update bio information, and ensure brand guidelines are followed
