About the Internship
We are currently seeking a social media strategist who is not just a task-ticker but someone who can think, collaborate, lead, and make things happen. This isn’t a role for someone who needs micromanagement or is just looking to follow instructions. We’re looking for a critical thinker, a people person, and a reliable executor who knows how to drive projects across the finish line.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for team and founders. Regularly communicate to discuss strategy, and performances.
2. Understand brand goals, their brand identity, and the target audience.
3. Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok and LinkedIn.
4. Develop and execute content calendars, ensuring consistent posting schedules and high-quality content.
5. Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
6. Meet predetermined key performance metrics (such as reach, engagement, and conversions) using AI tools.
7. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
8. Develop social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
9. Work closely with the team (content, editors, and copywriters) to align social media efforts with overall brand messaging.
10. Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to project milestones.
11. Stay informed about platform policies and guidelines to maintain account safety.
12. Adapt strategies based on changing algorithms and user behavior.
