Role Description:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Intern to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role where you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and implementing effective marketing strategies to grow our online presence. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, contribute to digital campaigns, and help build a vibrant community of travelers. This role also involves using tools like Canva for content design and performing basic photo and video editing to produce high-quality visuals for social media.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and manage creative social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Use Canva and basic editing tools to create engaging graphics, short videos, and reels
3. Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns
4. Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements
5. Engage with our online community and respond to comment/messages
6. Support overall digital marketing efforts with innovative ideas
Qualifications:
1. Skills in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation
2. Proficiency in Canva and basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN, or similar)
3. Knowledge of Digital Marketing basics and audience engagement
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to work independently, creatively, and remotely
6. Passion for travel and cultural experiences is a big plus
7. Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant Bachelor's degree program
