About the Internship
We are looking for a dynamic Social Work intern who also possesses expertise in Sales, Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Sales Support to join our team at Vision Infotech. As part of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales efforts while also contributing to our social work initiatives.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and approach private schools in assigned regions.
2. Present women-led school operations & digital empowerment model.
3. Conduct meetings with school principals, owners, and management.
4. Engage with local communities to identify eligible female candidates.
5. Facilitate interviews and pre-selection of candidates.
6. Collect required documents from schools and female staff for onboarding.
7. Assist in preparing MoUs, agreements, and reports.
8. Submit weekly updates on the number of schools approached, meetings held, and MoUs signed.
9. Provide feedback from schools and female staff to improve program delivery.
