Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Sourcing and Screening: Identify and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and support decision-making.

5. Employer Branding: Actively promote the company’s brand to attract high-quality candidates.
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all recruitment policies and legal requirements.
