About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Training Content Creation
1. Prepare role-based PPTs, SOPs, and user manuals for client teams.
2. Record and edit training/demo videos for system walkthroughs.
3. Maintain a structured knowledge base of client documentation.
B. Support Ticket Handling
Monitor client support tickets and respond professionally within SLAs.
Troubleshoot and resolve common issues or escalate to the technical team.
Document FAQs and common solutions for future use.
C. Client Interaction & Feedback
1. Assist in conducting virtual training sessions and Q&A.
2. Collect feedback from clients on training materials and support quality.
3. Suggest improvements to support processes and documentation.
