2. Sourcing candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
3. Conducting initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
4. Maintaining a database of candidates and their progress in the recruitment process.
5. Scheduling interview calls with the recruitment team after the initial screening.
