1. Assist with posting job ads on various platforms to attract qualified candidates
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
3. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
4. Update and maintain candidate records in our applicant tracking system
5. Assist with drafting offer letters and onboarding paperwork for new hires
6. Participate in recruitment events and networking opportunities to build our talent pipeline
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
