About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Develop robust data models and pipelines to identify and track talent across business functions.
2. Partner with managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and design data-driven recruitment strategies.
3. Source top talent from job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs), social media, and other channels.
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
5. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring every candidate finds their right fit.
6. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
