About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
2. Supporting the onboarding process by preparing documentation and ensuring smooth induction for new employees.
3. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
4. Assisting in payroll management and handling employee queries.
5. Supporting the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities.
6. Contributing to HR policy updates and compliance documentation.
7. Assisting in performance management processes and HR analytics.
8. Performing day-to-day administrative tasks to support HR operations.
