We're seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Vijay Nagar, Indore. As an HR Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our NBFC clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract potential candidates for NBFC roles
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Meet recruitment targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in the financial sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
