About the Internship
We are looking for a graduate Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. This is a full-time, in-office internship (10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday) for 6 months. The role is designed for candidates who have completed their graduation and are starting a career in Human Resources.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and screen candidates for IT & Non-IT roles.
2. Post jobs and manage applications across different hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed, WorkIndia, Placement India, etc.).
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with applicants.
4. Maintain and update candidate databases regularly.
5. Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
6. Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities.
