As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team to source and recruit top talent for our organization.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews with potential candidates.
2. Utilize MS-Excel to track candidate information and recruitment metrics.
3. Collaborate with team members to develop creative sourcing strategies for open positions.
4. Help coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
5. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation.
6. Assist with organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
7. Develop a strong understanding of our company culture and values to effectively assess candidate fit.
