About the Internship
As a Talent Acquisition intern at Apport Software Solutions Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of recruiting and talent management. Your role will involve utilizing your skills in effective communication, talent management, recruitment, MS-Excel proficiency, and spoken English to assist in the onboarding process of new hires.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates through various channels
2. Assist in conducting interviews and screening candidates to ensure a good fit for the organization
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and onboarding sessions for new hires
4. Utilize MS-Excel to generate reports and analyze recruitment data for process improvement
5. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the onboarding experience for new employees
6. Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members throughout the recruitment process
7. Contribute to various talent acquisition projects and initiatives to support the overall growth of the organization.
