About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in sourcing profiles, screening resumes, coordinating with candidates, and scheduling interviews to streamline the hiring process
2. Liaise with interview panel members, manage interview feedback, and help ensure smooth candidate experience.
3. Support in data migration, testing, and process documentation as we roll out and fine-tune our ATS/HRMS implementation
4. Contribute fresh perspectives and suggestions for automating repetitive HR processes, which can help improve efficiency.
