About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understand hiring requirements and JD briefings from hiring managers.
2. Source candidates using social media, professional networks and job portals.
3. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
6. Stay updated on hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
7. Support business development during client visits (travel reimbursement provided).
