Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
2. Screen resumes and schedule interviews
3. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
4. Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interviews
5. Support employer branding initiatives and job postings
6. Assist in onboarding and documentation process for new hires
