About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for the clients.
2. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
3. Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure role fit.
4. Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinating with clients and candidates.
5. Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
6. Prepare job descriptions and recruitment posts as required.
7. Ensure timely closures and a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
