About the Internship

1. Assist with sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles within the company.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies for attracting top talent.
3. Manage the job posting process on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility.
4. Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
7. Provide support for various recruitment projects and initiatives as needed.
