About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A.Sourcing and Research:
Assisting in posting and updating job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and resume databases.
Conducting initial research to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
B. Candidate Screening and Coordination:
Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the specified criteria.
Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars for hiring managers and candidates.
Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
C. Administrative Support:
Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and status.
Assisting with the preparation of offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
Helping to coordinate and prepare for new hire orientation and onboarding.
Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support the recruitment team.
D. Projects and Learning:
Participating in HR and recruitment team meetings.
Assisting with special projects related to employer branding, recruitment analytics, or process improvement.
Gaining exposure to various aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in recruitment or human resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms in a professional context is a plus.
Prior internship experience in HR or a related field is an advantage but not required.
