About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source, engage, and recruit top candidates across various job portals and channels.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, scheduling, and documentation.
3. Coordinate interviews, track applicant status, and assist in offer roll-outs and onboarding.
4. Build and maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
5. Collaborate with senior HR team members and hiring managers on recruitment strategy.
