About the Internship
We are looking for a proactive and organized talent acquisition intern to support our hiring process. You will work closely with the founding team and assist in end-to-end coordination of interviews. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations at a high-growth startup.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and interview panel members.
2. Maintaining and updating candidate trackers with interview status and feedback.
3. Communicating with candidates to ensure smooth coordination and timely follow-ups.
4. Assisting in sourcing candidate profiles from various platforms (if required).
5. Managing calendars, reminders, and ensuring no scheduling conflicts.
6. Supporting the TA/HR team with other recruitment and administrative tasks.
