About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Sourcing and shortlisting candidates from LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and other platforms based on job requirements.
2. Calling and coordinating with candidates to schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication.
3. Assisting in initial screening (especially for BD/entry-level roles) and maintaining candidate data in our system while learning how AI tools streamline hiring.
