About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products/services.
2. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries or redirect them to the appropriate department.
3. Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system.
4. Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
7. Schedule appointments or product demos (if applicable).
8. Provide accurate information and handle customer objections effectively.
9. Prepare and submit daily call reports and performance summaries.
