2. Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries and concerns.
3. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
4. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
6. Participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
7. Assisting with ad-hoc tasks to support the overall functioning of the telecalling department.
