About the Internship
As a Telecalling intern for Yogaguru Shailendra, you will have the opportunity to showcase your English and Hindi proficiency while assisting our team in reaching out to potential clients and promoting our services. Your main responsibilities will include:1. Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our yoga programs and services
2. Handling inbound calls from interested clients and providing them with information about our offerings
3. Maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions in MS-Excel for future reference
4. Following up with clients through phone calls and emails to answer any queries or provide additional information
5. Assisting in scheduling appointments and consultations for our yoga instructors
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing client engagement and retention
7. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every client interaction.
