About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Follow-Up on Lost Leads: Effectively communicate the benefits of our services, share promotional offers, and address customer concerns or objections. Use CRM and lead management systems to monitor interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
2. Booking Appointments: Schedule car checkups, capturing accurate details such as vehicle model and preferred time. Work with the Footfall Team to confirm available time slots and ensure the customer is booked for the correct service. Send appointment reminders to customers to ensure they’re prepared and attend their scheduled checkups.
3. Coordination with Footfall Team: Collaborate with the Footfall Team to ensure seamless scheduling and coordination, sharing customer information and appointment details as needed.
4. Customer Relationship Building: Build positive, professional relationships with potential customers by providing excellent phone support and service.
5. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain precise, up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and appointments within the CRM system. Provide regular reports to management on call outcomes, appointment success, and lead conversion performance.
