About the Internship
As a Telecalling intern at Worldex India Exhibition & Promotion Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to hone your English proficiency and effective communication skills while contributing to our dynamic team.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote our upcoming exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and road shows through tele-calling and email campaigns.
2. Providing detailed information about our services and answering any inquiries from customers.
3. Maintaining a database of contacts and updating it regularly with new leads.
4. Monitoring and analyzing call performance metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
