About the Internship
We are looking for a Telecalling / Sales Intern to join our growing clothing brand. The intern will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, building strong relationships, and coordinating closely with the team to drive sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has good communication skills, and is eager to learn how sales work in a real business environment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Call potential customers from our leads database and introduce them to our clothing brand.
2. Share product details, offers, and promotions in a clear and professional manner.
3. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
5. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to share feedback and plan next steps.
6. Support the team in achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
7. Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and sales conversions.
