About the Internship
As a Telecalling intern at ChatMED Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in email marketing, social media marketing, sales, vendor negotiation, and vendor management. Your proficiency in spoken English and Hindi will be a valuable asset as you communicate with potential clients and vendors.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to find Manufacturer
2. Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns to promote our healthcare services.
3. Manage social media platforms to engage with our audience and increase brand visibility.
4. Participate in vendor negotiations to secure the best deals for medical supplies and services.
5. Collaborate with the vendor management team to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
6. Provide excellent customer service over the phone to address inquiries and resolve issues.
7. Contribute innovative ideas to improve our telecalling strategies and drive business growth.
