About the Internship
EON Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping interior designers scale their business through high-quality marketing campaigns. We’re looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Intern to join our team and play a key role in qualifying leads and booking meetings with interior designers.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to interior designer leads generated through ads and curated databases.
2. Qualify prospects by asking relevant questions (project size, location, interest level).
3. Schedule and confirm meetings with the agency founder.
4. Follow up with leads who requested more details or asked to be contacted later.
5. Maintain proper records of calls, status, and follow-ups using Google Sheets/CRM.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
2. Confidence while speaking to business owners (interior designers).
3. Basic sales & negotiation skills (preferred, not mandatory).
4. Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel for lead tracking.
5. Ability to stay disciplined, meet daily call targets, and follow reporting timelines.
6. Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).

4. Stipend: ₹5,000/month.
