About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Outbound Calling
1. Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to explain products, services, or offers.
2. Follow call scripts and maintain a polite, professional tone.
B. Lead Generation & Conversion
1. Identify and qualify leads through phone interactions.
2. Share relevant information and encourage potential customers to take the next step.
C. Customer Engagement
1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
2. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
D. Data Management
1. Update and maintain customer records in the CRM/database.
2. Track calls, outcomes, and follow-up requirements.
E. Follow-Ups
1. Conduct timely follow-up calls with interested leads.
2. Assist in nurturing leads until they are converted or closed.
