About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain company services/projects.
2. Counsel and guide clients to choose the right package based on their requirements.
3. Maintain and update lead/customer records accurately in Google Sheets/CRM.
4. Follow up with interested clients regularly to ensure conversion.
5. Provide excellent customer support by answering queries on WhatsApp and phone calls.
6. Share payment details, confirm payments, and forward onboarded clients to the operations team.
