About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage telecollection and recovery activities for the commercial vehicle loan portfolio.
2. Handle individual borrower accounts through regular phone-based follow-ups.
3. Record call trails, payment commitments, and collection updates accurately on the mobile app.
4. Ensure 100% coverage of assigned cases and continuously track repayment progress.
5. Achieve daily and weekly recovery goals aligned with monthly targets.
6. Coordinate asset repossession activities as per standard operating procedures when required.
7. Maintain strict adherence to compliance, process, and audit guidelines.
8. Negotiate and restructure loan repayments while preparing detailed daily activity reports.
9. Ensure timely and accurate case disposition.
