About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products/services.
2. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
3. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
4. Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain proper records in the CRM/Excel sheet.
5. Schedule appointments or product demonstrations as per company requirements.
6. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
7. Collect feedback from customers and share it with the sales/management team.
8. Assist in improving customer engagement and building strong relationships.
9. Ensure the confidentiality of customer data and adhere to company policies.
10. Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to achieve overall business goals.
