About the Internship
As a Telecalling intern , you will have the opportunity to hone your communication skills while supporting our team in generating leads and engaging with potential clients. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, spoken English and Hindi, and written English will be essential to your success in this role.Key responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our services and generate interest
2. Following up with leads through phone calls and emails to schedule consultations
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and lead status in MS-Excel
4. Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
5. Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
6. Participating in training sessions to enhance your telecalling skills and product knowledge
7. Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve overall performance and efficiency
