About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Member Engagement: Assist in hosting and interacting with RSC members, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met.
2. Experience Delivery: Support the team on-site at events to provide smooth, personalized, and premium client experiences.
3. Relationship Building: Help capture client preferences and feedback to tailor future interactions.
4. CX Support: Handle queries, resolve minor issues, and ensure every client touchpoint reflects RSC’s exclusivity.
5. Coordination & Reporting: Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, and documentation, along with creating presentations or reports using Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel.
