About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle outbound travel inquiries via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
2. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages (honeymoon, family, corporate, etc.).
3. Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and strong product knowledge.
4. Maintain CRM data accurately and follow up with potential clients regularly.
5. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
6. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
7. Build repeat business by offering excellent post-sales service and travel assistance.
8. Stay updated on latest travel trends, destinations, airline offers, and partner DMC deals.
9. Help in maintaining the digital presence of the company.
